GHANTA MRUDANGA

Ghanta, Mrudanga combined together, present the folk music of the Vaishnavite sects where the main deities of adoration are Radha, Krishna, Lord Jaganath etc. They dominate musical scene at Puri during Car Festival. The artists are about 10 in number. They display their musical art, in giving rhythms to Mrudanga in different forms.
